You Dream it. We Build It.
At the risk of sounding cliché, Joe Bryson Construction was literally born out of the experience. Joe grew up on his family farm and what most people don’t know is that farmers are brilliant builders. They repair everything, really EVERYTHING from buildings to fences to tractors and pull-behind equipment, on their farm using bits and pieces of material found on the farm; they build tools and equipment when there’s no money to buy it; they construct a means to complete a job long after the local shops have told them it can’t be done. So from a very young age Joe Bryson began repairing and building alongside his father and grandfather on his family’s farm.
In his early 20’s he began buying fixer-upper houses to sell and hold as rentals (which means you have to fix them up again later). At some point, he began to be paid by others in the community to do small construction projects and this grew to small custom homes and then grew again to become Joe Bryson Construction, one of the most sought after builders of fine custom homes in the local industry.
Joe Bryson Construction (JBC) is focused on top-quality building processes which produces elegant homes that stand the test of time. Additionally, JBC is focused on high level client satisfaction. Clients play an active role in their build, walking property to adjust site plans, discussing pros and cons of each selection, leaning on JBC for advice and expertise in aspects unfamiliar to clients. And by the end of the building process, nearly every client has become a friend.
As Joe likes to say, “Every build is an adventure!” Sometimes the adventure is in the walking of a steep property where clients are just sure you can build a giant RV pad behind the house; sometimes the adventure is in sourcing exotic wood special requested by a client; sometimes the adventure is in navigating the lack of materials and finding new suppliers; sometimes the adventure is in having a cold beer with clients on their new back deck overlooking a spectacular view as the framing aspect is wrapping up. “You learn something from each project and each homeowner which allows you to improve and perfect the business and the product. It’s a great job which I’m thankful for each day.”
